TDM Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver

  Test Data Management (TDM)

  solutions with a focus on scalable data provisioning and integration.
• Conduct

  data modeling, analysis, and discovery

  to support testing requirements.
• Define and implement

  PII analysis, data masking, and subsetting

  strategies to ensure data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand test data needs and implement automation-driven solutions.
• Optimize TDM tools and processes for improved performance and reusability across projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years

  of IT experience working with large, complex enterprise applications.

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  designing, installing, configuring, and deploying TDM services

  in enterprise environments.

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience delivering solutions using

  Broadcom TDM (CA Test Data Manager)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data modeling, relational databases, and data integration

  concepts.
• Experience with

  data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation

  techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  test automation and DevOps integration

  with TDM tools.
• Familiarity with

  data governance and compliance frameworks

  (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Exposure to

  cloud-based data management

  platforms.
