• Design and implement comprehensive Test Data Management strategies to support various testing environments
• Lead initiatives in Data Masking and Data Governance to ensure data security and compliance
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate test data efficiently
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Evaluate and integrate tools like Gen Rocket IBM Optim and Delphix to enhance TDM processes
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Technology or related field
• 9 13 years of experience in Test Data Management with a strong focus on Data Masking Data Governance and SQL
• Proven track record of designing and implementing data management solutions
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Gen Rocket IBM Optim and Delphix
• Strong understanding of TDM methodologies and best practices
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good to have skills
