You have the opportunity to join as a Transaction Certificate (TC) Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in certification, traceability, or compliance, preferably in the textile/apparel sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the issuance, verification, and submission of TCs related to certified products, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and certification body requirements. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end process of TC applications, reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and compliance, submitting TCs to the Certification Body in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of TC-related transactions, and resolving TC-related queries with suppliers, customers, and certification bodies. Additionally, you will track and report TC issuance status, assist in audits and assessments, train internal staff and vendors on TC procedures, and stay updated on relevant standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability standards and TC requirements, excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, proficiency in MS Office and digital record systems, strong communication skills, experience with platforms like Textile Exchange portal and GOTS-CERT, familiarity with audit procedures and chain-of-custody standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
