Roles & Responsibilities: Onboarding students to the platform and educating them on how to make the most of our Student AppBeing super invested in the goals and vision of the student to use our platform and resources to help advance their objectivesHelp students search, discover and shortlist opportunities that will help advance their desired futureBe a phenomenal influencer and connector of key decisions along the journey, including what courses + uni's to apply to and what uni's to choose when it comes to the final decisionBe enormously resourceful in keeping up with changes in student preferences, evolving skills, emerging careers, changing regulations, and guidelines across the international education landscapeActively build and tap into the broader community to support your base of studentsDrive and accelerate Daily, Weekly and Monthly usage and retention on the app to support student goals in moving from one stage to the nextRequirements:Some form of global exposure and experience through education or workPrior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators and platforms with strong multi-sided network effects.At-least one-two years of strong experience in supporting interactions with users/customers - this is a must as you will be working closely in leading and nurturing students from one stage to the next to help advance their objectives.Prior experience in working with students or a young population of users and an international team of stakeholdersPrior experience in the Student Mobility and International Education space working closely with students and universities

Analyst Student OnboardingBe the first point of contact for clients (inbound or outbound) leveraging different platformsUnderstand the goals & objectives of the student(s); identify customer needs, clarify information, provide appropriate solutions and alternativesProvide guidance to the student over phone/email about navigating the industry leading TC Global student portalConnect with interested customer base and onboard them on the TC Global Student PortalSupport students on administrative requirements concerning higher education admissions, application and visa managementAssisting teams in the value chain and across business functions in managing and executing relationships over the phone and onlineDevelop insight and exposure into countries, areas of study and businessesStudy and manage the inflow of data for identification of opportunity and influencing decisionsRegularly attend in-house Learning & Development sessions and external seminars to improve knowledge/performance level and facilitate career growth
