Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Electrical/Electronics related field and relevant experience in validation test plans for new silicon devices are considered advantageous. As a Supervisor Site execution at MRU sites, you will be expected to have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, NDT techniques, and reading drawings for Static, Rotary, and Piping equipment. Your role will involve managing interpersonal relationships effectively and possessing strong communication skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing document control and record management for site execution activities. Familiarity with Baan/ERPLN for manufacturing and Quality Management systems is crucial for this position. Knowledge of industrial safety guidelines and the ability to manage HSE protocols such as TBT and Safety records at the site are essential. You should also be capable of leading a team of 150 workers during shifts, ensuring on-time delivery with a focus on first-grade safety and quality standards. Having awareness of ISO, WMS, TPM, and being open to adopting advanced manufacturing techniques and digitalization in manufacturing processes are important aspects of this role. Job Objective : This position is primarily responsible for managing the Shift safety activities, the safety officer is accountable for planning and overseeing the site safety activities to ensure overall satisfaction by maintaining zero accidents by continual improvement during the shift. Job Role: - Following HAZOP discussions and Risk assessment studies, preparing the related reports, circulate the recommendations to concern departments and monitoring its implementation. - Shall coordinate to conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis. - Shall be responsible for conducting the Safety committee meetings and mock drills and its compliances. - Shall conduct trainings like class room, on the job & TBT to Employees and contract employees - Maintenance of Emergency preparedness system and other safety systems like Firefighting system, Fire extinguishers, eye wash showers, spill control kits etc. - Shall be responsible for update the ISO 45001 management system documents and facilitating its audits. - Continues rounding in the plant and compliance of PPEs - Shall be responsible for issuing of work permits, maintaining the LOTO system and work place monitoring. - Prepare process safety related documents as on requirement. - Finding Unsafe conditions/Unsafe actions/Near misses and updating the record - Able handle the shift as safety officer /in charge Desired attributes: Technical / Functional Must have working experience in safety department. Broad & comprehensive understanding of industrial safety standards Good understanding of product manufacturing in API safety

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong understanding of web performance concepts like TTFB, FCP, LCP, CLS, and TBT. Hands-on experience with performance tools (e.g., Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Pingdom,or Dynatrace). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g.,React, Angular, or Vue.js). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
