Job Requirements:- Looking for Under Graduates/ Graduates Probation period is for 6 months Mandatory submission of certificates for the first six months. Expected salary would be 15000 TO 18000 Preferably taxation experience. Excellent Communication skills with convincing skills. Purely WFO Job Role:- CRO in this role is to make sure to call clients in the United States and explain the services provided by the company and make them a part of our company with filing taxes with us. Make sure to bring documents and sign up on our website with clients in the United States. Roles and Responsibilities:- Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients. Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner. Address customer communication related to taxation for both new and existing customers. Handle customer clarifications and primary escalations. Obtain client confirmation for the accurate and timely filing of their tax returns. Service Level Agreement (SLA): Ensure adherence to SLA by responding.
