Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms. Manage brand positioning, promotions, and communication strategies. Plan and monitor social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Build partnerships with local businesses, events, and communities to expand reach. Prepare marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI. Oversee design and content creation for ads, posters, and promotional materials. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals. Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
