You will be joining PwC India's Finance Transformation practice within One Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Your role will involve working on various Finance transformation and Operational excellence programs/projects. You will collaborate with local and global teams across different industry verticals, leading or participating in large transformation programs to drive business impact. Key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of key finance processes like P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury, etc., and associated risks. - Conducting and leading workshops with stakeholders to identify finance process gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data, and internal controls. - Familiarity with digital tools used in finance, including Core ERP systems, Financial consolidation tools, and Data analytics. - Knowledge and experience in "Finance in Digital World" technologies such as GenAI, AI, Analytics, and automation solutions to innovate client finance processes. - Developing Process Documentation (Maps/RACI/SLAs), conducting Time and motion studies, and assessing manpower requirements. - Understanding Finance maturity assessment models, Target operating model design, and rollouts. - Involvement in at least one Strategy to execution transformation program. - Proficiency in core consulting skills, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skills. - Experience with process mining is a bonus. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Soft skills required: - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. - Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven experience in client-facing roles, interacting with senior stakeholders.
