Your role will involve creating a positive team experience, providing proactive work status updates, handling calls to Tax Jurisdictions and offshore/onshore staff, processing refunds, tracking and logging assessment notices, preparing Property Tax Returns, and completing tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed. Key Responsibilities: - Create a positive team experience. - Provide proactive work status updates to US / India liaison. - Handle calls to Tax Jurisdictions and offshore/onshore staff. - Process refunds, track and log assessment notices, and prepare Property Tax Returns. - Complete tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality. - Regularly interact with employees at all levels of the Firm. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Business. - 4-6 years of experience in US Taxation. - Skilled in most areas of PropertyPoint with 2 years of PropPt experience. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Please note that there is a 50+ hour standard workweek requirement and the position involves long periods of sitting while working at the computer.
