We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the Real Estate Tax practice in our Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

?Collaborate andbe involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.

?Manage 1-2 team members within the cluster

?Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law

?Compliances for: Partnership (Form 1065)

?Maintainactivecommunicationwithclientstomanageexpectations,ensuresatisfaction,andleadchangeeffortseffectively

?Function as technical SME to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables of the team

?Be the first escalation point for Staff and Senior on technical matters/queries

?Understand and manage firm risk on engagement and proposals

?Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement

?Assist the Senior Managers and Managers in client delivery and team management.

?Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations

Basic qualifications for the opportunity

?Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent field is required

?4+yearsofprogressiveUS/Global taxationexperience

?CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage

?Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.

?Experience working with Real Estate/REITS

for DM - Mcom/ MBA / Pursuing CPA also should be fine

Mandatory Skills:

Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate

Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent field is required

4+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience

Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.

Experience working with Real Estate/REITS
