As an experienced Tax Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience, you should possess a strong educational background with qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA, M.Com, B.Com, or CA Inter. Your responsibilities will include managing federal and multi-state tax returns such as 1040, 1120, and 1065, as well as the international portion of US federal tax returns. You will be in charge of ensuring accurate tax accounting in the general ledger, preparing and reviewing tax workpapers, and identifying tax savings and exposures. Communication is key in this role as you will be required to effectively communicate findings, open items, and engage with managers. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of tax accounting policies and procedures. Prior supervisory experience is necessary as you will be supervising tax consultants and interns on assigned engagements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and tax research databases like BNA and RIA is essential. Experience with tax compliance process software such as GoFileRoom, GoSystemRS, Caseware, BNA Depreciation Software, or similar programs is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must-have for this role.,
