Key Responsibilities

• Direct Tax: ITR filing, TDS returns, advance tax working, AIS/26AS reconciliation, handling notices.
• GST / Indirect Tax: Monthly/quarterly GST returns, GSTR-2B/3B reconciliations, Annual return & GST audit support, drafting replies.
• Tax Audit (Essential):
• Preparing Form 3CD working papers
• Ledger scrutiny & schedules
• Clause-wise reporting & documentation
• Company Law / MCA: Annual filings, DIR-3 KYC, incorporation support, event-based filings & resolutions.
• Maintain audit documentation, schedules, compliance trackers.
• Client coordination & follow-ups for timely compliance.

Qualification:

• CA Inter (Both groups preferred; at least one group mandatory) OR
• Graduate with minimum 2+ years relevant experience in Tax, GST & Tax Audit in a CA firm/any Company

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to handle work independently.

Technical Skills:

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Zoho Books / Busy / QuickBooks / other accounting software (Preferred)
• Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic analysis).
• Strong communication & documentation skills.
