Job Description 1. Develop and implement export to sales and meet business objectives 2. Oversee the complete export process, including documentation, logistics, and customs clearance 3. Identify potential markets and assess demand for FMCG products and Food Products 4. Manage and negotiate with overseas distributors, agents, and partners 5. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws 6. Timely achieving the sales target and Purely focus on KRA's. 7. Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and strategic partners 9. Prepare and present regular reports on export activities and performance metrics 10. Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends 11. Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, importers, and clients to achieve sales targets. 12. Negotiate terms and conditions with foreign clients to secure long-term partnerships. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field or any graduate Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales, purely within the FMCG industry Strong knowledge of international markets and trade regulations related to food products. Proficiency in handling export documentation, logistics, and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
