The CMM Operator will be responsible for operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and measure the physical dimensions of automotive components. The role involves setting up and calibrating CMM equipment, performing routine inspections, interpreting technical drawings, and generating detailed inspection reports. The CMM Operator will work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in operating CMM equipment and understanding of CMM software Experience in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Good knowledge of quality control processes and standards High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly Basic computer skills for generating reports and documentation Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
