Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create engaging digital experiences. Write copy for Companys website, mobile app, and chatbot, creating content and microcopy that provides clarity and reduces friction for customers. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align copy with wireframes, prototypes, and final design. Craft clear instructions, error messages, tooltips, and FAQ content to simplify complex processes for customers. Advocate for plain language, inclusivity, and clarity in all aspects of the digital experience. Partner with UX designers to define UX strategy, contributing ideas for user research, user journey maps, and information architecture that leads to intuitive user experiences. Work with product managers and to ensure content is accurate and on-message. Work directly in design tools, including Figma, to add UI copy to wireframes and comps. Help plan content testing and optimize copy based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and other KPIs. Conduct content audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve usability and comprehension.
