Responsibilities: MIS Management of Claims, Audit IT Development. No of years 5-8 years Minimum Type of Industry General Insurance Specific knowledge of Property Claims Handling. Experience in Managing internal and external audits. Fair exposure in handling IT projects of commercial lines. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PP Prepare various excel reports and MS PP on monthly basis. Survey Deputation and maintain appropriate reserves at various intervals in a claim. Regular follow ups and Update status in the core system Manage processing of commercial claims especially Property Maintain inventory of claim files prepare outstanding list for analysis. Manage TAT of claims to ensure targeted disposal of claims MOM. Manage ageing of claims for controlled disposal and restrict spill over in higher age bands MOM. Sort out challenges if any and manage amicable disposal of claims. Generate reports from system for analysis maintain masters in respect to Surveyors. Follow up with IT for systems issues and other administrative work. Work as Business Analyst with IT Team for new applications IT developments. Prepare various reports for Internal and External Audit requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Client service Ensuring quality service as customers expect Reduce the wait time and TAT for various service requests Providing right solutions to the customer End-to-end resolution of customer transactions/queries/complaints Effective management of customers services relating to trade and non trade activities Coordinate with Trade Services for all queries relating to LCs, remittances, bank guarantees, Export Credit etc Handling non trade activities such as fixed deposit, RTGS, tracking of customer statements, smooth processing of outward/inward remittances, static data updation, forex transactions, current account, lending accounts etc Communicate disposal instructions to Trade/ Payments units Develop strong internal escalation mechanisms Customer meetings and interactions Strong relationships with top customers through customer meetings Increase stickiness of the customers through continuous engagement through on-site / phone / email interactions Work along with business team to align services with business offerings Service delivery through other units To ensure strong service delivery through other units involved in the process chain such as Branch banking, Trade & payments desk, CRC, GSSC, IPC, CSG, Customer care unit etc Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to for service delivery through different units as mentioned above Develop strong relationships at all levels with internal stakeholders in the units as mentioned above Conduct monthly review meetings with other units such as Trade/payments/branch banking Customer complaints and resolution SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Client servicing Communication skills Process knowledge Knowledge of credit & trade products QUALIFICATIONS Min. Entity: Exit Management : Manage the exit process for employees, ensuring timely and smooth transitions. Coordinate the exit procedures across HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant departments. Ensure all exit documentation is complete, including clearance forms, non-disclosure agreements, and any other required legal or company-specific paperwork. Turnaround Time (TAT) Maintenance : Monitor and track the TAT for each stage of the exit process, ensuring compliance with company standards. Identify bottlenecks or delays in the process and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution. Ensure that all exit activities are completed in a timely manner, meeting the predefined TAT goals. Reporting & Analytics : Prepare regular reports on exit-related metrics, including TAT performance, exit reasons, trends, and other key data. Present exit-related reports and insights to HR leadership and other key stakeholders to support decision-making. Generate ad-hoc reports on exit trends, reasons for leaving, and process improvements as needed. Analyze exit data and collaborate with HR teams to propose strategies for improving employee retention. Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure that all exit processes comply with legal and organizational requirements, including final settlements, benefits, and company property returns. Continuously review and improve exit management processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to employee separation and exit management. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Legal teams to ensure a seamless and compliant exit process. Communicate with relevant managers and departments to ensure proper follow-up and resolution of exit-related tasks. Serve as the point of contact for employees throughout the exit process, addressing queries and providing necessary guidance.
