We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Order Processing Executive who has experience in a B2B manufacturing environment which depends on repeat business from satisfied customers. This is a key role in the customer service team which is responsible for delivering customer service excellence and on-time delivery to our valued customers. Excellent performance of this role will contribute significantly to securing ongoing business by building customer confidence and customer satisfaction with Taste Master’s service. The majority of your time will be spent using computer software to process sales orders, and in communication with customers and other team members to ensure requirements are fulfilled. Your goal is to meet and exceed customer expectations by ensuring the accuracy of all elements of the order, and to communicate accurate information to our customers as required. There will be times during the day when many orders and requests will come in and your ability to multi-task and work quickly and with accuracy will play a key role in your success. Responsibilities and Duties Processing a high volume of daily sales order documents while maintaining accuracy Screening sales orders for fraud Helping to facilitate a RUSH order for customers when required. Receiving/responding to emails from customers, logistics vendors, or internal team Entering a sales order, and checking that pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery terms are as per the quotation and company policy. Communicating with sales representatives and relevant members of the supply chain for follow up. Tracking shipments and resolving shipment issues Controlling and managing outstanding payment follow ups Learning new things, attending training on new products and technologies Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals. Prepare and present reports on sales performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile and Key Skills · Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience · Direct experience in Customer Contact Operations (Customer Service, Sales, or Collections) · Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) in English, and at least one other language. Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to understand, comprehend and work with other teams from other geographies with foreign accents · A passion for great customer service every time. · A willingness to work extra hours where required to keep key customers satisfied, including occasional weekend work. · Demonstrated history of delivering results in cross functional environments - Good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others and manage team dynamics to achieve goals. · Experience in a food related industry and/or Knowledge of flavours and flavor applications is an advantage · Some knowledge of regulatory requirements of the food industry is an advantage · A good networker, but also good at maintaining confidentiality. · Dedicated, organised and enthusiastic individual. Reliable, hardworking and well presented. · Have an active and dynamic approach to work for getting things done. Work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. Be the go-to person, who will source an answer or know how to help in a positive manner. · Experience with different IT software including an ERP or other order management program, Excel, Word, Outlook. Work timings 8.30 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Location Bangalore Salary As per industry standards
