We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Project Coordinator to manage collaboration tools, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution of IT and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration along with strong organizational and communication skills to support project teams. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.). Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft 365 issues. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards. Assist in resource allocation, task tracking, and meeting scheduling. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data governance within Microsoft 365. Support adoption and training for end-users on Microsoft 365 tools. Desired Candidate Profile 36 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and project coordination. Strong knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Certification in Microsoft 365 or Project Management (preferred).
