We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to sell travel services and packages to individual or corporate clients. This role involves understanding client needs, creating customized travel solutions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Key Roles and Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries and generate leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages, flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet sales targets. Itinerary Planning: Design and customize domestic and international travel packages based on client preferences and budget. Provide detailed information about destinations, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and insurance. Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after travel. Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. Documentation & Booking: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for bookings. Prepare accurate invoices, itineraries, and travel documents. Cross-Selling: Promote travel insurance, visa services, foreign exchange, and other add-ons.
