Job Summary We are seeking a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist in connecting with registered users across various locations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, collecting feedback, resolving queries, and updating records in the system. This is an office-based role with a strong focus on communication and data accuracy. Responsibilities and Duties Make outbound calls to registered users from our internal database. Clearly explain the purpose of the call and assist users with relevant information. Collect feedback, update user records, and ensure all information is accurate. Maintain detailed records of conversations in the CRM system. Follow a call schedule and ensure timely communication with assigned contacts. Collaborate with the backend/admin team to report any issues or insights. Ensure user privacy and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Meet daily and weekly calling targets and maintain call quality standards. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Proficient in using computers, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM systems. Ability to learn quickly and follow structured scripts or protocols. Good typing speed and comfort with online tools and web applications. Detail-oriented and disciplined with record-keeping and reporting.
