Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Drive efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard drivers for the Bike Taxi platform. Strategy Planning: Develop and implement local strategies to grow the bike taxi business in Tiruppur. Market Study & Analysis: Conduct onground research to understand local demand, competitor activity, pricing, and customer behavior. Driver Support: Handle walk-ins and provide on-call support to ensure a smooth driver onboarding and engagement process. Qualifications and Requirements: Any Degree. 3-6 years of experience in operations, sales, or management, preferably in the mobility or logistics sector.
