About Us: Amaya Landbase is a professional real estate consultancy firm specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. We connect clients with top developers and provide end-to-end guidance from property search to final purchase. We are seeking ambitious Sales Executives to drive property sales and deliver excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert prospective clients through leads shared by the telecalling team and self-sourcing. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and investment goals. Present and explain property features, pricing, and project details effectively. Conduct site visits with clients and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to booking. Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales with professionalism. Maintain records of client interactions, site visits, and deal status in the CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Prior experience in real estate sales, field sales, or business development preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence in handling high-value transactions and building trust with clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market is an added advantage. Candidates based in Delhi or nearby regions will be preferred. Training & Support: 35 days of product and process training will be provided. Regular guidance from sales managers to ensure performance growth.
