Position: Junior BIM Engineer – Electrical Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years Location: Pune (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and developing Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for electrical systems, including Lighting, Power, and Fire Alarm & Public Address (FAPA) systems. Maintain and update BIM models to reflect design changes and project requirements. Ensure models comply with BIM standards, guidelines, and project specifications . Collaborate with other disciplines such as Architecture, Structural, and MEP to ensure model coordination. Support clash detection processes using Navisworks and help resolve conflicts. Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables , including 3D models, drawings, and documentation. Maintain organized and accurate project files for future reference. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering . Required Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit , AutoCAD , and Navisworks . Basic understanding of electrical systems and their integration within buildings. Familiarity with US electrical codes such as NEC and NFPA . Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints . Understanding of BIM standards and best practices . Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment . Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements. Designation: Structural Designer (Advance Steel) Qualification: Minimum ITI or Diploma or B.E. in Civil Experience: • Minimum 2-4 years of experience using AutoCAD and Advance Steel. • Must be very good in AutoCAD and Advance Steel in terms of speed and accuracy (quality). • Experience in the USA based projects (wood-framed construction) would be preferred. Responsibilities: • Creating accurate models in Advance Steel from hand sketches, verbal instructions. • Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create models and drawings that work. • Exhaustively reviewing and checking model and drawings for errors, before being sent to the client. • Organizing and uploading drawings to web-based storage sites/collaboration project sites. • Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.
