The ideal candidate should have a strong background in premium automotive retail, experience in managing sales teams, and a passion for new-age mobility solutions like electric vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Target Achievement Drive monthly and quarterly targets for new car sales, exchange, finance, insurance, and accessories Lead daily team meetings and track team performance using KPIs like walk-ins, test drives, bookings, and retail closures Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and enquiry handling Team Management & Training Supervise a team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, soft skills, and digital sales tools Motivate the team to achieve targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Customer Handling & Sales Closure Personally handle high-value clients, corporate deals, and strategic accounts Guide team in negotiation, documentation, and final delivery process Ensure adherence to OEM sales processes and showroom SOPs Digital & Event Sales Leverage digital platforms (CRM, social media, OEM lead tools) to boost lead generation and follow-up Coordinate local events, roadshows, and off-site test drives to build brand presence Work with marketing teams on lead campaigns, showroom promotions, and referral drives Coordination & Reporting Work closely with Sales Head and OEM representatives on stock, pricing, and schemes Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, enquiry pipeline, and inventory status Maintain up-to-date records on DMS and CRM systems Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the passenger car market and customer buying behavior Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills High energy, results-driven, and target-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving EV sales environment Proficiency in DMS, CRM systems, and MS Office tools Preferred Background: Prior experience with premium or new-age brands like MG, Hyundai, Toyota, Skoda, Jeep, or Tata EV Proven success in team-based sales environments Exposure to electric vehicles and sustainability-focused products is an advantage Benefits & Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (monthly & quarterly) Opportunity to attend OEM-sponsored training programs and product certifications Fast-track growth opportunities within the dealership based on performance
