Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas. Maintaining a good relationship with old customers and bringing in orders through cold calls. Participate in online sales tenders. Meeting with customers regularly and explaining our product portfolio. Sending quotation, negotiation & closing order. Maintaining customer details in CRM software (Zoho Bigin). Contribute to developing sales strategies and communication materials. Assisting in automating the sales process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in industrial sales, field sales, or related fields such as telecom sales or outbound sales. Excellent selling skills including negotiation techniques; ability to work independently without direct supervision. Proficiency in Zoho CRM software; strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in b2b sales in the industrial sector.
