The Executive Producer will oversee the production of music programs, manage production schedules, and coordinate with artists, directors, and technical teams. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, ensuring quality control, and maintaining creative standards. The role will also involve strategizing the content for season-long programming and contributing to the marketing plans for shows. This is an on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. Qualifications Experience in Music Production and Program Management Skills in Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Scheduling Strong Coordination, Communication, and Team Management abilities Knowledge of Quality Control and Creative Experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
