About the Role TapFin FleetForce is revolutionizing battery intelligence for EV fleets . As a Sales Manager Fleet Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving adoption of our cutting-edge platform. This role spans across fleet acquisition, ecosystem partnerships, and account activation, helping operators unlock more uptime, better battery health, and smarter financing . This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in a startup environment and want to shape the future of EV operations in India . Key Responsibilities Fleet Operator Acquisition & Sales Identify and onboard EV fleet operators across 2W/3W/4W segments. Pitch TapFin FleetForce to operational, technical, and CXO-level stakeholders. Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closure and revenue realization. Drive conversion from first contact to account go-live. Strategic Partnerships Build and manage relationships with ecosystem players including: Vehicle & battery OEMs Logistics & e-commerce companies IoT & telematics solution providers Co-create partnership-led strategies to embed TapFin within fleet value chains. Account Activation & Success Collaborate with internal operations and product teams for smooth onboarding. Monitor early usage and adoption to ensure success. Drive revenue realization from onboarded accounts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of fleet accounts signed and activated. Number of vehicles onboarded and generating revenue. Strategic partnerships established with OEMs, logistics companies, and IoT players. Revenue generated and retained from live accounts. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience (710 years) in one or more of the following: Telematics / IoT providers. Logistics tech / fleet management SaaS. EV ecosystem (OEMs, leasing, fleet operations). Preferred Background: Prior experience with fleet operators or mid-to-large B2B logistics accounts. Strong consultative sales approach with ability to navigate complex accounts. Established network in EV, logistics, or automotive ecosystem. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Hustler attitude ready to roll up sleeves and close deals in a new category.
