About the Internship We’re building PlayOps, a global simulation that replaces résumés with real proof of skill, behavior, and action. To bring the simulation to life, we’ve created an ARG (Alternate Reality Game) that blends cinematic story, puzzles, AI, and real-world missions. We’re now recruiting 30 interns to become core players and community operators on Telegram in the early rollout of this game. You’ll help shape the experience, solve narrative puzzles, unlock hidden clues, and contribute to a story that unfolds across Telegram, TikTok, and a short film launching on Roku this winter. What You’ll Do Decode hidden clues, puzzles, and smart contracts in daily missions Co-write or contribute to lore drops, NPC interactions, and narrative content Help test the game logic and user experience in real time Participate in weekly role-based challenges and social media drops Optionally be featured in TikTok promos or narrative scenes (no acting required) Roles You Can Play Agent Zero – Daily puzzle lead Threadwalker – Tracks theories and connections Ghostline – Tests AI-generated clues Lore Courier – Manages in-game drops Feed Watcher – Connects real-world news to game events What You’ll Gain ✅ Experience with narrative design, community engagement, and gamified learning ✅ Credits and references for immersive design or digital storytelling ✅ Opportunity to be featured exposure in a cinematic short film and episodic series on Roku ✅ A verifiable PlayOps profile (badges + skill scores) ✅ Creative freedom to shape the next wave of interactive media Requirements Strong interest in games, storytelling, puzzles, or immersive experiences 10-14 hrs/week commitment, async and remote Comfortable on Telegram + collaborative tools (Google Docs) Bonus if you’re active on TikTok, Reddit, Threads, or Discord Compensation This is an unpaid creative internship, focused on professional development, creative authorship, and digital reputation-building.
