Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Sampling Assist in coordinating with design, production, and sampling teams for new product development. Help maintain sample records, approvals, and follow-ups with buyers. Prepare product specifications, costing sheets, and presentations as guided. Order Management Support the team in managing buyer orders from receipt to shipment. Assist in creating purchase orders, order confirmations, and follow-up documents. Track production timelines and update merchandising team on progress. Buyer Communication & Coordination Draft professional emails and maintain communication records with international buyers under supervision. Help prepare documents, presentations, and reports for buyer meetings. Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics) to ensure buyer requirements are met. Documentation & Reporting Maintain and organize files for samples, approvals, and order documentation. Support the team with data entry, reports, and MIS updates. Assist in export-related paperwork and compliance tracking. Qualifications & Skills: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field. Strong interest in merchandising, exports, and international trade. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
