Job Description: Taprii is seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Chinese cuisine preparation and be capable of maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and appetizers. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work area. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor food inventory and assist in managing stock and supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Assist in preparing Continental and Italian dishes when required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chinese Cook or Commi in a professional kitchen. Familiarity with kitchen operations and standard culinary practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Knowledge of Continental and Italian cuisine is an added advantage. No formal education or English required (10th pass or below accepted).
