Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their design needs and offer technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design challenges such as DRC, LVS, and other verification checks to ensure seamless tapeout. - Utilize expertise in layout design and employ layout techniques to enhance performance. - Support the tapeout process by ensuring accurate preparation and submission of all design files for manufacturing. - Proficient in utilizing EDA tools like Virtuoso, Custom compiler, Calibre, PrimeTime, and others. - Willingness to travel to customer sites on an ad hoc basis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - Demonstrated track record of at least 8 years as an analog chip designer/customer support specialist. - Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to perform effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics. - Knowledge of Tapeout processes and GDS file preparation.,
