Min. 4yrs in transformer manufacturing or electrical equipment production. Hands-on in Tanking, Core-Coil Assembly (CCA), & Winding operations Knowledge of transformer production processes, electrical insulation, and assembly techniques. Required Candidate profile Familiarity with quality control, testing, and standards compliance. Coordination with design, testing, and quality teams. Strong problem-solving and ability to meet production deadlines.
