Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist, located in Gandhinagar. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting network and computer issues, and maintaining desktop computers and other IT equipment. The Specialist will also handle help desk support tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service to clients. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology Proficiency in Help Desk Support Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar Experience in network security and customer privacy is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
