Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to support and optimize our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms, coordinate marketing campaigns, update product listings, and analyze performance data to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Flipkart, etc.). Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.). Monitor online sales performance and generate regular reports. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Work with graphic designers and content teams to optimize product descriptions, images, and promotional banners. Implement promotional strategies such as discounts, bundles, and flash sales. Maintain relationships with platform account managers and third-party vendors. Track KPIs such as conversion rate, CTR, average order value, and customer retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles. Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central). Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms is a plus. Experience in B2C or D2C e-commerce environments. Work Environment: Office-based or hybrid, with potential remote work options. May require occasional weekend or holiday work during campaigns or high-sales periods.
