Job Title: Tandoor Cook Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook to prepare a variety of Indian tandoori dishes including breads, kebabs, and grilled items. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling the tandoor oven and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook tandoori items such as naan, roti, tandoori chicken, kebabs, etc. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently. Marinate and season food as per recipes or restaurant standards. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishes. Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours. Keep track of inventory and inform management of low stock.
