As a Receptionist cum Admin Executive, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations and professional client handling. This role blends front-desk management with back-end administrative responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of real estate business Key Responsibilities Front Office & Client Handling: Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a professional and positive attitude. Educate and explain project details, to prospective clients. Administrative Support: Prepare, organize, and maintain company documentation, files, and records. Handle day-to-day correspondence, drafting and issuing letters and emails to clients, consultants, and societies. Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the owner Real Estate Documentation & Coordination Coordinate with society members, architects, advocates, accountants, and other consultants involved in project activities. Support in documentation related to project approvals, agreements, and legal papers. Vendor & External Coordination: Network and collaborate with sales agents, vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and project-related requirements. Obtain quotations, follow up on deliveries, and maintain vendor communication records. General Office Management: Oversee office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance of office infrastructure. Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance, and administrative records. Ensure a smooth, organized, and professional office environment. Required Skills & Qualifications . Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Administration, or Real Estate). 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative or reception roles within the real estate industry — developer’s office or sales agency preferred. Strong knowledge of real estate functioning, especially residential and commercial projects Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email correspondence. Positive attitude with a commitment to confidentiality, efficiency, and accuracy. Growth Opportunity.
