Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive with 10 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian taxation (GST, TDS), proficient with accounting software, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements , and ensure timely vendor payments Track, manage, and follow up on accounts receivable and credit control Perform vendor and customer statement reconciliations periodically Prepare and file all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C), TDS returns , and other statutory filings Handle daily banking operations , including fund transfers and bank reconciliations Coordinate with banks for working capital requirements and documentation Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on financial performance, expenses, and cash flow Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis , and cost control tracking Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and management reports Work on Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting Key Skills & Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent degree in Finance & Accounting 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian compliance frameworks Proficient in accounting software: Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Hands-on experience in bank coordination and reconciliations Good command over Excel and MIS reporting Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
