• Must be fluent in Tamil (Speaking & Understanding)
• Female candidates only
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Must have a computer/laptop and mobile phone
• Good communication and convincing skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls politely and professionally
• Explain product details and services to customers
• Maintain call records and reports
