Responsibilities: • Performance Marketing: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Track ROI and KPIs, run A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. • Social Media Management: • Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand content (reels, posts, stories). • Engage with the audience, respond to DMs/comments, and grow followers organically and through paid strategies. • Creative Direction & Content Creation: • Conceptualize campaign ideas and content themes aligned with brand goals. • Work with in-house and freelance teams to shoot reels, product videos, and marketing assets. • Website and E-commerce Support: • Coordinate with the team to ensure website is updated with latest products, banners, and SEO best practices. • Optimize product pages and monitor user experience and analytics. • Email & WhatsApp Marketing: • Plan and execute regular emailers and WhatsApp campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer engagement. • Analytics & Reporting: • Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and social engagement. • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
