As a Tally Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Tally ERP applications. You will collaborate closely with the finance and IT teams to customize Tally solutions according to the business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integration with other systems. Your key responsibilities will include developing and customizing Tally ERP solutions to meet specific business needs such as creating new modules, reports, and functionalities. Moreover, you will integrate Tally with other business systems and third-party applications to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Tally solutions, including troubleshooting technical problems and resolving them. It will be essential for you to create and maintain detailed documentation for all customizations and integrations, including user guides and technical specifications. You will also need to conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to guarantee they meet quality standards and function correctly. Collaboration with finance and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver effective solutions will be a crucial part of your role. Staying updated with the latest Tally ERP versions and implementing upgrades and enhancements as necessary will also be expected from you. To qualify for this position, you should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP development and customization. Strong proficiency in Tally programming, TDL (Tally Definition Language), and SQL is required, and experience with Tally SDK and API integration is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary, and relevant certifications are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, experience with Tally customization tools, project management skills, and knowledge of financial processes are preferred qualifications.,
