To excel in this role, you must have a B.Com/M.Com/MBA in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Proficiency in ERP software and Tally package is essential, along with a strong understanding of bank transactions. You should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, along with a high level of creativity and commercial awareness.
