Job Description

  • Maintain and update daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Contra, Journal).
  • Handle cash, bank, and ledger reconciliations accurately.
  • Prepare GST Bills, E-way bills, and ensure correct tax entries.
  • Manage stock entries, item creation, SKU updates, and inventory adjustments.
  • Record and reconcile customer advances, vendor payments, credit/debit notes.
  • Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly financial reports (P&L, stock summary, ledger summary).
  • Coordinate with auditors for required data and documentation.
  • Ensure all vouchers, invoices, and documents are filed and maintained properly.
  • Assist management with MIS reports and data extraction as required.
  • Verify entries with internal teams (sales, purchase, store, HR).
  • Ensure complete accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
