The Account Manager will oversee all accounting operations, encompassing financial reporting, ERP and Tally management, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance. You must possess a comprehensive grasp of financial statements, proficiency in ERP systems, and Tally experience, along with the capacity to work autonomously. As a part of the role, you will be required to travel to India once every two years, with the company covering all travel expenses. Your primary duties will involve preparing and finalizing Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements in adherence to both local and international accounting standards. It is imperative to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to management. Utilizing ERP systems and Tally will be essential for the accurate and efficient execution of accounting tasks. You will be responsible for managing and organizing financial data within the ERP and Tally systems, troubleshooting any related issues, and promptly addressing discrepancies. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures and delivering variance analysis will be crucial aspects of your role. Compliance with all local and international financial regulations, encompassing tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements, is imperative. Staying abreast of modifications in accounting standards and regulations is vital. Collaboration with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and financial reporting will be necessary. Moreover, you will liaise with banks and financial institutions and maintain meticulous financial records with proper documentation and accessibility. This role entails a high level of responsibility and demands meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.,
