1. Execute daily e-invoicing, E-way bill generation, and delivery challan processing within Tally Prime. 2. Prepare client quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders. 3. Manage the company's B2B e-commerce presence on IndiaMart. 4. Conduct telephonic outreach to clients for order placement, feedback gathering, and new client acquisition. 5. Prepare documentation for tender participation. 6. Perform e-invoicing as needed outside of standard business hours using company-provided equipment. 7. Enhance company brand awareness across YouTube, Google, Instagram, and other social media platforms. 8. Complete monthly GST return filings, TDS, TCS, and professional tax submissions. 9. Maintain physical invoice filing and overall document organization.
