Elevator Service Engineer (Large Projects) Job Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years JOB DESCRIPTION Role: The Service Engineer will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of High Rise installations in his route/territory with the help of the housekeeping assistant, breakdowns and customer call backs. Responsibility: Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agree timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards. Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback. Plans the jobs and provides supervision to the housekeeping assistant for timely completion of the service. Responsible for implementing preventive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance practices to ensure maximum system uptime and operational reliability. Co-ordinate with the Warehouse Team for requirement of spares and components. Ensures high customer satisfaction and ensure compliance of CoC Requirement: Experience: 5+ years of experience in service/maintenance of High Rise Elevators Education: BEATI/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
