About the Brand Tales & Stories is a fast-growing kidswear brand dedicated to creating playful, high-quality fashion for children. With a strong design philosophy and growing presence across India, we’re on a mission to become the go-to brand for kids’ fashion. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven E-Commerce & D2C Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels across marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.) and our own D2C website. This person will be responsible for sales performance, platform strategy, marketing coordination, and P&L ownership of the online business. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry): • End-to-end management of listings, cataloguing, inventory planning, pricing, and offers. • Build strong relationships with category managers to drive visibility and performance. • Manage platform campaigns, ad budgets, and merchandising strategy. • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth fulfillment. D2C Website Management: • Drive traffic and conversions via performance marketing (with agencies or in-house). • Improve website UI/UX, product storytelling, and customer journey. • Oversee Shopify/Tech stack, third-party integrations, and analytics. • Execute and analyze campaigns (email, SMS, influencer, etc.) Business Analysis & P&L Ownership: • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports. • Track sales performance, margins, returns, and customer acquisition costs. • Suggest strategies based on sales trends, customer data, and competitor insights. • Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and design teams for holistic planning. Key Skills & Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C, preferably in fashion/apparel or consumer brands. • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics (especially Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, FirstCry). • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and basic ad platforms (Meta/Google). • Strong analytical mindset with P&L and KPI ownership experience. • Excellent communication and team coordination skills. • Prior experience in kidswear, fashion or lifestyle will be a plus.
