Job Title : Course Advisor (Remote) Experience : 1 to 2 Years Location : Edappally, Kerala Shift : General Shift (9:30 AM 06:30 PM) Job Type : Fulltime (Remote) Pay & Benefits : 20k to 22k per month + Incentives + Accommodation We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Course Advisor to join our growing team at a reputed HSE Training Institute based out of UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Making calls to address the enquiries, Identify the potential business, converting inquiries into enrolments, and building relationships with clients looking to enhance their qualifications and compliance through professional trainings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients (individuals & companies) to promote courses and Services provided by the company. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals. Provide accurate course information, pricing, schedules, and certification details. Maintain and update the tracker with leads, call logs, follow-ups, and feedback. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training programs. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in education or training sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical training content in a simple, persuasive manner. Good command of English (Arabic or other languages are a plus). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target oriented.
