We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to lead student placement activities and build strong corporate partnerships. The role involves handling the end-to-end placement process, guiding students in career readiness, managing the placement team, and driving corporate tie-ups to maximize opportunities for our students. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete placement activities, including student training, resume building, mock interviews, and feedback. Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups to enhance placement opportunities. Lead and mentor the placement team for the smooth execution of activities. Conduct employer sessions, campus drives, and career fairs. Stay updated with hiring trends and align student readiness accordingly. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or business development (preferably in education/training). Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and mentoring abilities. Leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
