Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts. The day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, creating and implementing business strategies, and tracking sales performance. The role also encompasses effective communication with clients and internal teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication and Business skills Account Management experience Proven track record in achieving sales targets Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
