Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with upcoming talents, including actors, models, and kid models, ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Artist Acquisition: Drive efforts to on board new artists by identifying and closing deals with emerging talent.
  • Brand Awareness & Promotion: Effectively communicate Castyou's mission and services, providing a clear understanding of the company's value proposition. This includes delivering an indirect sales pitch to promote our products and services.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align artist talent with client needs, ensuring a seamless connection between talents and brands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Professional Presence: Well-presented with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, with a strong drive to initiate and follow through on tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Sales Experience ( Mandatory): Prior experience in sales is a significant advantage
